Description
Русский: Герб Толмачевский сельсовета утверждён Решением Совета депутатов Толмачевского сельского совета № 138 от 27 декабря 2006 года. Герб внесен в Государственный геральдический регистр РФ под № 2792. Описание герба :
В пересеченном серебром и зеленью щите червленый шар, обремененный золотым фениксом, парящим над золотым пламенем. В серебряном поле шар по окружности сопровождается пятью червлеными четырехконечными звездами, верхняя из которых имеет более крупный размер. Щит может быть увенчан золотой территориальной короной установленного для сельских поселений образца.
Использованы материалы сайта Сибирской геральдической коллегии; рисунок герба для "Геральдикума" подготовлен Ю. Калинкиным (г. Долгопрудный).
