Title

Description
English: A copper alloy, circular seal matrix, with very slender octagonal handle, tapering slightly at the top. Pierced trifoliate handle. Device of: bottom, a shield of arms couched (i.e., aslant) bearing a cross flory. Above, resting on the shield's right-hand corner, a closed tilting-helm, mantling visible behind; on top of this a crest of a bull's head. Device is (mostly) separated from legend by a beaded line; a similar line marks the outer edge of the matrix face.

Measurements: diameter 30 mm, height 25 mm (approx.).
