Español: Escudo de la Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado (España) Orden de 30 de diciembre de 1981 por la que se adaptan las insignias del Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado al modelo oficial del Escudo de España hecho público por el Real Decreto 2964/1981, de 18 de diciembre. BOE-A-1982-2477 La Real Orden de 5 de febrero de 1906 estableció las insignias propias del Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado, consistentes en la placa y medalla, a usar por sus componentes en los actos y con la indumentaria que especifica. Dichas insignias con el curso de los tiempos han experimentado las lógicas variaciones, por lo que al publicarse la Ley 33/1981, de 6 de octubre, y el Real Decreto 2964/1981, de 18 de diciembre, que la desarrolla, es menester adaptarlas a sus disposiciones. A tal fin se establece: Artículo 1. Las insignias propias del Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado son una placa y una medalla cuyos distintivos responderán a la siguiente descripción: Placa.- Será de plata o metal blanco excepto para los Abogados del Estado que desempeñen o hayan desempeñado los cargos de Director general de lo Contencioso del Estado, Subsecretario o Ministro de Hacienda que la usarán de oro o metal dorado. Constará de un fondo de ocho puntas abrillantadas, sobre el cual y en una cartela de esmalte de fondo rojo, campearán dos óvalos unidos por su parte inferior y separados por la superior, uno de los cuales contendrá las Armas de España en sus colores, conforme han sido fijadas por el diseño publicado en el <Boletín Oficial del Estado> de 19 de diciembre de 1981, integrado en el Real Decreto 2964/1981, de 18 de diciembre, y en el otro las peculiares de la Real Hacienda en su color llevando encima la balanza de la Justicia y entre los dos óvalos las Tablas de la Ley y la inscripción de <Abogados del Estado>, timbrado todo con la Corona Real y rodeado por el toisón. Medalla.- En su anverso sobre una cartela campeará el de las Armas de España llevando en su parte superior la inscripción de <Abogado del Estado>, y timbrado con la Corona Real y en su reverso ostentará las Armas propias de la Hacienda Pública; dicha medalla estará pendiente de un cordón con pasador siendo el citado cordón de seda azul y plata y la medalla de este metal, salvo que se trate de Abogados del Estado que ejerzan o hayan ejercido los cargos de Director del Cuerpo Ministro o Subsecretario de Hacienda, para los que medalla y cordón serán de oro. |
