Description
Русский: Герб города представляет собой исторически традиционный щит, в основе которого прямоугольник со сторонами в пропорциях золотого сечения. Щит разделен на две равные части по горизонтали волнистой линией - графическим изображением моря. Верхнее поле - серебряного цвета, символизирующего сталь (основную продукцию промышленности города). Нижнее поле - синего цвета, символизирующего море (географию расположения города). Центральный изобразительный символ герба - якорь - символ приморского портового города, международной торговли, а также как изделие машиностроения. Кольцо якоря (золотой круг) символизирует ковш, из которого льется металл, образуя контуры якоря. Цифровой символ "1778" обозначает год основания города.
