This coat of arms was improved or created by the Wikigraphists of the Graphic Lab (ru).

В золотом поле на зеленой узкой оконечности червленый (красный) дуб с таковыми же желудями, зеленой листвой и черными кряжами в основании. В вольной части - законодательно установленная символика Чувашской Республики. Герб и флаг Цивильска утверждены 29.05.2002 главным герольдмейстером России Г.В.Вилинбаховым и внесены в Государственный геральдический Регистр Российской Федерации за №№ 965 и 966. Геральдический художник - В.А.Шипунов.
