Description
English: CORDOVA, Alaska - A Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak rescue swimmer and good Samaritan vessels assist the 32-foot fishing vessel Divalu skipper dewater after he report taking on water in Copper River Flats 22 miles south of Cordova May 16, 2011. The Kodiak-based MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew is forward deployed to Cordova during the summer fishing season to reduce rescue response time in maritime emergencies.
