English: Iraqi police officers march in formation before a crowd of hundreds during the Provincial Iraqi Control ceremony in Najaf, Iraq Dec. 20. Among the honored guests were Iraq's national security adviser, Mouwafak al-Rubaie, An Najaf's governor As'ad Abu-Galal al-Taai, Multinational Force – Iraq's deputy chief of staff, Maj. Gen. Kurt A. Cichowski, and Multinational Division – Baghdad's deputy commanding general, Brig. Gen. Vincent Brooks.
