Summary
[edit]DescriptionClosed calyx E. guttatus pressed (9612178368).jpg |
English: The same two flowers, upon pressing. In this instance a pressing artifact is evident in that the upcurved lower calyx lobe was flattened so as to expose the lower calyx fold. My inspection of Erythranthe Sect. Simiola specimens indicate this feature does pose some ambiguity in the herbarium, but not in vivo. |
