Description

Shibuya Public Hall 渋谷公会堂, closed in 2015, was a theatre located in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. It was completed in 1964. In the 1964 Summer Olympics, the weightlifting events took place at Shibuya Public Hall.

The theatre was sponsored by Dentsu and Suntory, which paid ¥80 million to have its name, CC-Lemon Hall, associated with the building from 2006 to 2011. (Source: Wikipedia).

The clock tower holds an impressive chiming mechanism, "spring time music".
