Description This beautifully detailed Beaux Arts-style Fire Station is located in the Clifton Gaslight District at the intersection of Ludlow Avenue and Clifton Avenue. Constructed in 1906, this building houses Fire Station 34, and remains a fixture of the business district, and is one of a handful of historic fire stations still operating in the city. Though the garage doors have been modernized and a few elements have been changed to accommodate more modern Fire Station operations, the building remains well preserved, with many original features and exterior details intact and well cared for.
