Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Cliff detail The cliffs between Weybourne and Sheringham display sections of glacial sediments known as the Contorted Drift. The so-called Wroxham crag, a mixture of sand, clay, silts and stones, is resting on a white base of chalk. This chalk yields echinoids and brachiopods; mammal and fish remains along with a wide variety of molluscs can befound in the thick shell beds and crag sands above.
