Title
Cleveland Public Library Postcards South Side Branch: Exterior
Description
This postcard shows the South Side Branch, a leased property built to the Library's specifications, located at the northwest corner of Clark Avenue and Joseph Street, between West 25th Street and Scranton Avenue. It was the location of library service from 1897 until 1911, when the new South Branch opened. Joseph Street was renamed West 20th Place at some point between 1898 and 1912; it has since been renamed Twinkie Lane.
