Кроме хорошо просматриваемых клеток и тканей, также хорошо видны добавочные проводящие пучки. Особенно хорошо по таким препаратам изучать строение открытого коллатерального проводящего пучка. Диаметр среза 3,5 мм, толщина среза 50 мкм. Авторский постоянный микропрепарат, полихромная окраска тканей растений по Михальцову А.И. (2012).
