English: Title: Lest we forget' buddy poppies. Washington, D.C., May 10. In tribute to the officers and enlisted men of the navy and marine corps who have given their lives in the naval service, a six foot anchor made entirely of poppies was formally presented to Secretary of the Navy, Claude A. Swanson today by the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. Left to right are: Lieut. Charles E. Weickhardt, Naval Liason Officer of the Vets of Foreign Wars; Rear Admiral James O.
