Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Heating of classical pasha (paskha) during the preparation. At this phase there are butter, sugar, egg, quark, cream and vanilla in the pot. In this example water bath between the actual pot and the inner pot is used during the heating. Heating is continued until steam comes from the pasha mass and the pasha mass thickens a bit; it does not need to boil (typically water boils in the bath).
