| Description |
The way it was in 1976, the last few Class 52 'Westerns' giving their followers a memorable swan song. Here once again featuring D1058 "Western Nobleman" picking up speed after the slack through Teignmouth station on 13 November. Good old 'Nobblyman' was fated to fail on the return trip from Plymouth having been thoroughly put to the collar on the way down. I'm not sure if she was ever returned to traffic after this? Camera: Olympus Pen F Half Frame SLR. |
