Description

The British Rail Class 33's also known as Cromptons are a class of Bo-Bo diesel-electric locomotives built in 1957 for the Southern Region. Crompton is from the crompton parkinson electrical equipment installed on these engines. No 33053 is preserved on the Mid Hants Railway.
