| Description |
English: Claremont Methodist Church, Newquay The church, on Beachfield Avenue, is viewed looking down Cheltenham Place from the car park on St Michael's Road. What appears to be an inset or some goalposts is a barrier to prevent large vehicles from accessing parking at the top of Cheltenham Place. The church, which has a matching hall beside it, dates from 1895, and is "Gothic style, loosely Early English", according to https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1327385 . |
