Description
English: 5/12/2007 - Col. Kerry Keithcart, the 434th ARW vice commander (left), welcomes and presents a vice commander challenge coin to Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Larry Franklin, the Deputy Region Chaplain for the Great Lakes Region Civil Air Patrol, during the Annual Chaplain Staff College at Grissom Air Reserve Base. The chaplain college provides instruction to Civil Air Patrol chaplains in subject matters ranging from military customs and courtesies to radio equipment usage. The Great Lakes Civil Air Patrol Chaplain Service located at Grissom conducts, what is considered, one of the best Civil Air Patrol staff colleges in the Nation.(U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Omar Delacruz)
