Antiguo repositorio: Kunsthalle Bremen El dibujo es una de las aproximadamente 4.000 obras de la Kunsthalle Bremen que fueron transferidas a Schloss Kernzow al norte de Berlín para su custodia durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. En 1945 fueron descubiertas por Viktor Baldin, el director de un museo de Moscú que servía en el ejército soviético. Baldin llevó varios de los dibujos a Moscú y finalmente acabaron llegando a la colección del Hermitage. In 1945 they were discovered by Viktor Baldin, a Moscow museum director who was serving in the Russian army. Baldin took several of the drawings back to Moscow and they eventually found their way into the collection of the Hermitage. It is unclear whether the drawing remains in the Hermitage or is one of the 1,500 works that remain missing. |
