It affords us considerable gratification to be able toplead for help on the part of the cinema theatremanagers for the firms which our enterprising contem-porary the Evening News is organising for providingdolls for poor children. To aid this laudable object adoll film is being prepared by the B. & C. Co., andmanagers of cinemas are invited to give special matineesat which the picture will be shown.
