The church dates from 1846. "Decorated style. Broad multi-gabled form with north tower of 2 stages with recessed broach spire" <a title="https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1357286" rel="nofollow" href="https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1357286">Link</a><img style="padding-left:2px;" alt="External link" title="External link - shift click to open in new window" src="http://s0.geograph.org.uk/img/external.png" width="10" height="10"/> . Seen across the junction of Chester Row and Elizabeth Street. The building on the right at no 58, Elizabeth Street is part of a group dating from 1830 listed "for group value only" <a title="https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1066840" rel="nofollow" href="https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1066840">Link</a><img style="padding-left:2px;" alt="External link" title="External link - shift click to open in new window" src="http://s0.geograph.org.uk/img/external.png" width="10" height="10"/> .
