Boven haar hoofd de Heilige Geest in de gedaante van een duif. Uit de wond in Christus' zij stroomt bloed dat via een bijbel ('verbum vitae') en de Heilige Geest op de bruid valt. Rondom de bruid negen vrouwen met kronen op het hoofd die kruiken en sprokkelhout vasthouden. Op de achtergrond begeleidt Christus zijn bruid naar de tempel, gevolgd door de negen vrouwen. Rechts een wijngaard. Onder de voorstelling een verwijzing in het Latijn naar de Bijbeltekst in Hoogl. 6:1. Deze prent maakt deel uit van een album.
