Description
English: A partially complete postmedieval or modern copper alloy medallion/pendant featuring Christian iconography. The obverse features a nativity scene; the Virgin Mary with child and onlooking mage. The reverse features a single left-facing figure; a soldier with a standard. It measures 28.1mm in diameter, is 1.2mm thick, and weighs 2.6g. It has an even, dark brown surface colour, and the detail is well preserved in high relief.
