Description
English: Christian Publishing Association Building (1905), 204 South Ludlow Street at Fifth Street, southeast corner. Contributing property to the Dayton Terra-Cotta Historic District, NRHP May 31, 1984. To right in the image is the two-story addition, the Bollinger Building. The building is atypical in having no terra cotta. It was included in the District, however, due to its location and early 20th century character. To the left in the image is the terra cotta-clad Thomas Building, now Spaghetti Warehouse, also a contributing property to the District.
