Description
English: Chopta is a picturesque hill-station located in the Garhwal region. It lies at an altitude of about 2,900 above sea level at a distance of about 40 kilometers from Gopeshwar. Perched on Gopeshwar-Ukhimath road, Chopta offers a kaleidoscopic view of the Himalayas and the surrounding areas and is also known as Mini Switzerland
