Summary
[edit]DescriptionChole Aloo Kulcha - HomeMade Resturant, Neemuch - Madhya Pradesh by Isha Agarwal.jpg |
English: The image represents one of the famous dishes of Khau gali's in India, Chole Aloo Kulcha. Talking about the history of Kulchas, it is the dish of the times of the Mughals and Nizams.
How it is made: Kulchas is a self-made maida bread stuffed with chatpata aloo, and it gets cooked by the use of a pressure cooker in butter. For more flavors, we add coriander leaves and Black Sesame seeds on the top. Chole is made by the use of famous ingredients like ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes along with all the major spices of India say, Cinnamon, black pepper, Chole masala (a spice powder), bay leaf, red chili, cloves, coriander seeds, and cardamom. The flavor does 100% justice to the whole dish. In addition to it, for the enhancement of the taste, you can have onions, fried green chillis, and coriander chatni. This is a must-try dish in India. A very flavorsome and perfect dish. |
