PHLOX DRUMMONDI. PHLOX GRANDIFLORA. A bed of Phlox insures perpetual bloom and supplies an abundance of cut flowers for the house. Its hardiness, easy cultivation, rich colorings and long keeping make it an indispensable feature of the summer garden. The Grandiflora is a large-flowering variety, both the single blossoms and flower-heads being very and showv, and it is universally pronounced the best of all the Phloxes. Mixed. Pkt., 5 ets. FIMBRIATA PHLOX. A handsome variety, the petals all being fringed and each bordered large with a narrow line of white; in the desirable shades. Mixed. Pkt., 4 cts. STAR OF QUEDLINBURG PHLOX. A unique and striking Phlox. The petals are deeply fringed, and each one sends out a long point, or tooth, giving the blossom a truly star-like appearance. Found in all the Phlox colors. Mixed. Pkt., 4 cts. DOUBLE WHITE PHLOX. The single Phlox I should ordinarily pronounce the more desirable, but include this in my list because of its exceptional value for floral designs, decorations and all cut purposes. Massed in a bed, it is also very handsome. Pkt., 6 cts. HORTENSIA NANA PHLOX. A lovely dwarf variety, only about six inches high and verycompact. Splen- did for edgings. The single blossoms, as well as the clusters,' are smaller than in the common Phlox, but they are borne in abundance and appear in many new and beautiful colors, forming a floral crown for each little plant which will last for weeks. Mixed. Pkt., 6 cts. PERENNIAL PHLOX. As 1 ride through the country or towns and see the homely, faded- out magenta shades of the peren- nial phlox, I wonder if people know of the man)* and greatly improved varieties of this Phlox. It is so hardy and easil)r cultivated, taking care of itself, and makes such a fine show in the garden, I wonder, also, that everyone does not cultivate it. For five cents you can get some of the newest and choicest hybrid va- rieties. Why not try it? Finest mixed. Pkt.. 5 cts,
