Description
English: 161209-N-UL717-004 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (Dec. 09, 2016) - Rear Adm. Brad Cooper, the commander of U.S. Naval Forces Korea, and Rear Adm. Choi, Sung-Mok, the chief of staff for the Republic of Korea Fleet, sign a standard operating procedure agreement which lays out procedures for both commands to jointly operate and maintain the bilateral common operating picture, which is a single identical display of relevant operational information that is shared by more than one command.
