Description

English: Chinnamasta Bhagawati Temple (Nepali language:छिन्नमस्ता भगवती) is one of the famous temples of Eastern Nepal. It is situated in Chinnamasta VDC, Saptari, 10 km from Rajbiraj and also near to Indian Border. This Temple is a main attraction for Nepal and Indian Pilgrims. The main temple is built around 1097 to 1105.

नेपाली: छिन्नमस्ता भगवती सप्तरी जिल्लाको दक्षिण सीमावर्ती क्षेत्र छिन्नमस्ता को सखडा गाउँमा पर्छ । यस मन्दिरको निर्माण प्राचिन इतिहास र किवंदन्तीका अनुसार, सन् १०९७ देखि ११०५ को बीचमा राजा शक्रसिंह देवले गरेका हुन् ।
