Description
English: Steamed bun is an ancient Chinese traditional pasta made with flour and stuffing as the main ingredients. It varies according to the size of the stuffing. The smallest one can be called Xiaolongbao, and the others are medium and large ones in turn. The commonly used stuffing is pork, mutton, beef, etc. Steamed bun is usually a dough fermented with flour mixed with water, wrapped with stuffing, and steamed. The commonly used stuffing is all kinds of meat, vegetables, sesame, bean paste, etc.
中文:包子是一种以面粉、馅为主要食材制作而成的中国古老的传统面食,包子依据馅心的大小有所不同,最小的可以称作小笼包,其他依次为中包、大包,常用馅心为猪肉、羊肉、牛肉等,包子一般是用面粉混和水后发酵过的面团,包上馅料,蒸制而成,常用馅料为各种肉类、蔬菜、芝麻、豆沙等。
