PHLOX DRUMMONDI One ol' the very best of all bedding annuals is the Phlox Drummondi, surpassing almost everything else in dazzling brilliancy. We may well be proud of this dis- tinctively American flower, for it is extremely beautiful, neat in growth, and an extraordinarv bloomer. The newest sorts of Phlox are so far ahead of the older varieties that we have discarded all the latter, and now offer none but those beautiful new ones of recent in- troduction. The Phlox make beautiful ribbon beds when different colors are sown side by side, and also grand for masses of colors. Per Pkt. Grandiflora Mixed (501)—Thirty different colors. Fine for large beds and masses. Per oz., 81.00 10 Alba (502)—Large; pure white 10 Coccinea (503)—Rich velvety scarlet 10 Lutea (504)—Fine primrose-yellow 10 Rosea (505)—Beautiful bright glowing rose 10 Striata, Mixed (506)—Many line colors, all striped with white. Splendid 10 Above 6 pkts. for 40c. CHILDS' JU3ILEE PHLOX Flowers of great substance, beautiful form and uncom- mon size, whiie the colors are extraordinarily rich and varied, glowing crims'on, dazzling scarlet, deep rose, soft pink, pale blush, maroonblack, lavender-purple, pure white and numberless other shades, many with con- trasting eyes, stripes or feathering. Jubilee, Mixed, All Colors (507)—More than forty different shades of rich and brilliant colors 15 CICILY PHLOX A new very dwarf compact form of Phlox bearing extra large and showy blossoms. Plants come into bloom in a very few weeks after sowing the seed, and are very brilliant, carpeting the ground with waves of color. The very best dwarf Phlox. Mixed Colors (508) 10 CHILDS' STAR PHLOX Large size and curiously pointed, fringed and toothed blossoms—utterly unlike anything else—colors of every conceivable shade, more than a hundred distinct tints, shades and combinations. No two same shade and color. Mixed, Many Colors (509) 10 PERENNIAL PHLOX The Perennial Phlox is now one of the most popular and most magnificent of garden flowers. The new large flowered hybrids are large, brilliant and beautiful, and bloom freely all summer. Seed is uncertain in germina- tion to a certain extent, unless sown in fail, or sown in soil and allowed to freeze. Per Pkt. New Hybrids (510)—All colors mixed, perfectlv mag- nificent. Sow in fall or very early in spring'during freezing weather if possible ..15
