Splendid NeW MiHer Gladioli- The following remarkable new sorts came to us a -car ago when we purchased the entire stocks, (hun- dreds of kinds and millions of Bulbs) of Mr. E. S. Mil- ler, a well known grower and originator. They repre- sent his hfes work with Gladioli. AH-a-GlowâLarge, rich, blood-scarlet flowers, having a long, narrow throat flame of ruby on. two lower petals; growth dwarf, stocky and branching. Afiee bloomer and showy bedder. Cantivationâ Large, cream colored flower* witfe throat timings of garnet, and a large. »^tyelow Moteh on each of the 3 lower petals; splendid upright spike, well filled. CharmerâLarge, broad-petalled flowers of soft mauve pink, blending off lighter in the throat which is pen- cilled carmine-lake with a large blotch of same color on the central lower petal. CynosureâImmense flowers of exquisite deep rose- pink marked on the lower petals with a.thro;.blotch of crimson-lake: tall, sturdy, well tilled spike. DazzlerâMagnificent large Princeps-like flowers of vivid saimbn-scartet with throat blotch on the lower pe\Ss of red-orange, further ornamented with car- mine-lake flakes; tine long spike, well ailed. Enchantress Blu-h-white. lightly flaked with lake-pink ^oSSrd^thT Sftos; throat encircled on the lower petals with carmine-lake blotch; a dusting of golden bronze zoning the blotch is unique. Flambeau Immense flowers of vivid orange-scarlet with an effectiv" 1throat blotch of white shaded and marked with tyrian-lake on the lower petals. OJeamâLarge flowers of bright cherry-rose slightly lined wrth carmine-lake at the throat on lower petals; the ?tu-dv well â lined spikes stand up well; very effective. GorgeousâImmense flowers of vivid scarlet with large, strongly contrasting silvery white throat blotched on the three lower petals; tall, well filled spike. LustrousâLarge flowers of lovely orange-rose; lower petahs have a large throat blotch of yellow . slightly shot with purplish lake; growth, stocky and branch- ing; enormous bloomer. Radiance \ crand, big pinkâimmense flowers of a ch irmmg tone of rose pink slightly named with deeper lake-pink; splendidly filled -stand up spike. WinsomeâGreat round flowers of exquisite blush shaded with carmine-pink. A conspicuous throat blotch of crimson-lake ornaments lower peta.s. Price 25c. each; any 5 for ?1.0£>; the 12 for $2.00. 4 Five Blue Gladioli. BARON HULOT. The Dark Blue. i one- graceful spikes of good sized, well opened lowers having a rich indigo blue color. It stands alone as a Unique' ana Jeautirui shade, and never fails to attract attention We can strongly recommend it, and fortun- ate^ our stock is very large and price low. 10c, each; 3 for 2 5c; 12 for 90c. LE VERRIER. The Velvety Blue. Rlue with large rich velvety violet crimson blotches hordered lisht yellow, slender growth, wide spreading flowers. 30c, each. VIOLA. Violet Blue. Lovelv deep violet blue, of Lemoinei type, vigorous and strong. 20c, each; $2.00 per dozen. BLUE VISTA. The Blue Striped. \lmost pure white with deep Iris blue markings. A very beautiful and unusual combination of color. 15c. each; $'1.50 per dozen. BLUE JAY. Tall Imposing: Spike. Flowers large, wide spreading on long fine spike. Color beautiful deep blue with bright crimson throat and large conspicuous canary yellow blotches spotted blue This combination is exceedingly odd and beau- tiful. True Childsi type and large size. §1.25 each. The 5 sorts for §1.50. 5 Grandest Scarlet Gladioli. These are the newest and finest sorts in vivid scarlet. All are of the glorious Childsi type.
