Kadis 1) The following are the cream of all sorts. Earliest Forcing- Earlier than any other sort by a week. Bright scarlet turnip Radish, very smooth and round, with small tops, allowing it to be grown closely together in hot-bed or forcing bench. Fine also for out-of-door. Pkt., 10c; oz., 15c; lb., $1.00. Icicle—A long Radish of almost transparent whiteness, which has no rival among ail existing varieties. It is so early that the roots are & to 5 inches long in twenty days from the time of sowing the seed in the open ground, and ready for the table. As to quality, it has no superior, and is the most beautiful Radish yet seen. A long white, alabaster-like, early variety has not previously existed- This is a real jewel. Pkt.. 10c; oz., 20c; lbM $1-15. £o Days Express—Is fit for the table in twenty days from' the time of sowing the seed a nd is fully grown in twenty- five days, at which time the Radish is about one-inch in diameter at the top, three inches in length and tapering to a point. Color, brightest richest scarlet, tipped with white. Quality very mild, crisp and delicious. By far the best flavored Radish we have ever seen, and the most desirable for table use. The finest, and, without doubt, the earliest Radish in cultivation. It seems to combine all good points—earliness, beauty, good size and superior quality- Really a great acquisition. Pkt-, 10c : oz., 30c: lb., $2.00. Early Mammotli-Kiiowii also as " Shepard " and 'Char- ticr." This variety sometimes reaches the enormous length of two or three feet and is sometimes eiehtinches through at the top* A very quick arrowing variety, cris^, juicy and tender, and mild in flavor. Its color is a fresh pink and white, and for market has no superior among summer Radishes. It remains tender and good for sev- eral weeks after it is ready for use and is a splendid all- around Radish. Pkt., 5c-; oz., ioc; lb., 70c. French Breakfast-A very attractive pink and white Rad- ish, olive-shaped and with delicate flavored flesh, free from coarseness or any biting quality. A grand little table sort. Pkt., 5c.; oz., 10c; lb., 60c White Vienna -Finest of all long white Radishes. Skin and flesh pure white, beautiful shape and fine flavored. Pkt., 5c; oz., 10c; lb., 75c; ^arl7 Scarlet TurGiP-A fine quick-growing early Radish, of fine eating qualities. Pkt., 5c; oz;, 13c; lb., 60c Chinese Rose Winter-A handsome and superior midsum- mer, fall a^d winter sort, of a lovely scarlet-rose color, and largo size. Flesh meaty, crisp and tender. Keep roots in soil for winter use. Pkt., 5c; oz., 10c; lb., 90c SakurajimaMaminoth-One of the good new things from Japan. In our trial grounds it has proven to be a very fine novelty indeed. It is of very quick growth, reach- ing an enormous size in a short time. Color pure white, almost like a piece of ivory. Very crisp andtenderand of remarkably mild and pleasant flavor. Most people at once pronounce itto be the ideal table Radish. It cer- tainly is as far as beauty and quality eroes. As a southern winter Radish it is without a rival. Pkt., 10c; oz., 40c. Tweive Months' Radish Mixture—A superb mixture of all kinds of Radishes, early, medium, fall, winter, Chinese, etc.- Sow a row of it and it will furnish you delicious Radishes throughout the year- The early and medium ones, as they mature and are pulled, make room for the larger growth of the fall and winter varieties. This mix- ture is made up of twenty-five best varieties, and with it it is necessary to make but one sowing for the entire year. This novel mixture was introduced by us some years ago.
