SPRING CATALOGUE OF SEEDS, BULBS AND PLANTS FOR 1915. 105 Finest Jris Kseippferi. These new Iris from Japan rival the Lily in stateliness, the Peony in majestic beauty, the Orchid in marvelous deli- cacy and blending of colors, the Chrysanthemum in profu- sion and surpass almost every plant in the size and kingly magnificence of flowers. A plant will send up to the height of three feet a dozen flower spikes, each snike bearing from two to four enormous blossoms eight to ten inches across and of the most delicate and beautiful colors, markings and combinations. Onee planted in your garden they are a joy for a life time without further care, blooming profusely in June or July, during which time they are the greatest at- traction your garden or lawn can contain. Apollo—White. Dink center. Gold Bound—Tall and showy with flowers of enormous size. probably the most beautiful of all. Pure snow-white with large gold-banded center. Mahogany—Very large flower, deep mahogany. Mount Hood—Light blue, shaded darker. Oriole—Rich plum, marked yellow. Ondine—Immense white, very fine. Pyramid—Tall and showy, flowers'very large; light violet- blue with slight white veins. Above double sorts 20c. each; the 7 for $1.15; &1.75 per dozen; $12.00 per hundred. FINE MIXED IRIS K^MPFERI. More than 40 finest sorts, double and single, 5 for 50c; 12 for $l.oo; 100 for $6-00. Ttyree Kaen)pferi. The following three new sorts were offered last year for the first time, having been raised and named by us, they are very fine indeed. Dominator—Rich indigo blue with narrow white stripes, and light center. One of the finest and richest colors. Delight—Light blue, penciled white, yellow center. Ex- quisite soft color. Distinction—Light lavender pink, bright yellow blotches at base of petals. Distinct and fine. 50c. each; the S for $1.25. Giaijt Iris. These are the Best of all Garden Iris. Pallida Dalmatica — With wide, massive foliage, and immense flower stalks rising 3 to 4 feet high, each with 8 to 12 magnificent blos- soms, Pallida Dalmatica may well be called a King among Iris. In stately magnificence it is su- preme, and as yet quite new and unknown.. The color of its great blossoms is pure sky blue. "We now have ar large stock and can offer strong roots, 25c. each; $2.50 per dozen. Pallida Albert Victor — Extra large, rich blues, in tall clusters. 30c. each: $3.00 per dozen. The two for 50c.

Best £)Warf Qern\ai) Iris, These are all dwarf, compact growers and great bloom- ers. A striking flower of crepe-like texture- and most ex- exquisite coloring, the gauzy veining reminding one of the delicate tracing of the butterfly's wiDg. "We grow acres of Iris, and know you can find no finer varieties than the mixture here offered. They bloom in May and June, when there is a dearth of really fine flowers, and once planted are good for a lifetime, increasing every year. Fine Mixed German Iris—A lovely collection of all colors, 12 for 50c.: loo for $3.00. A.urea—Pure golden yellow. Ciceron—Yellow, marked maroon. Fragrans—White edged blue. Fine. Gipsy—Mauve, lavender and blue. Innocence—White. Mrs. H. Darwin—White, penciled rich purple blue. Nectecta—Light and deep blue. 15c. each; the 7 for 75c; $1.00 per dozen; $6.00 per 100, Mad. Cherean, the I,ace Fringed Iris—Tall and stately pure white edged or fringed azure blue; falls with blue penciling. 15c. each; $1.00 per dozen.
