New? Gi^nt Zinnias' Two very fine new forms of Zinnia came to us last year from Europe. Both showed up remarkably well in our trial beds- The Giant Double is certainly a very large and fine flower, while the Jacqueminot possesses the richest color yet seen in Zinnias. Jacqueminot—Beautiful double flower of the same rich vel- vety crimson color of the well known Jacqueminot Rose. This is a real acquisition and adds much to the value and beauty of Zinnias. Pkt., 15c; 3 for 40c Giant Double—Enormous blossoms opening flat like a Chinese Chrysanthemum. Flowers very much larger than any other Zinnia and quite distinct in shape. There are several fine colors including pure white, lemon, orange, crimson, scarlet, rose, etc Sure to give great satisfaction. Mixed colors, 15c pkt. Giant White—True and pure. Extra fine. Giant Crimson—Very showy. Giant Yellow—Varying in shades. 10c. per pkt.; the 3 for 25c. Galapdrirua GMliepsis. This was introduced by Luther Burbank and is a rather odd and very pretty plant of the low spreading or creep- ing habit. The blossoms are open in the morning which are of a rich and brilliant violet crimson and quite showy.some- what like Portulaca. The plant will spread about eighteen inches, the branches laying close to the ground, and the flowers look up at one like brilliant gems shining in the sand. Pkt, 10c: 3 pkts., 20c
