From early childhood the Zinnia has been a special favorite with us. and the strain which we cultivated in our first little garden we still sell and grow as our im- proved. We have selected the stock seed every year for over thirty years. This careful attention has brought itto wonderful perfection. This Zinnia is a robust free grower, furnishing an abundance of large, double blos- soms which are of vatied and brilliant'colors, during the entire summorand fall. Each flower keeps perfect for six weeks before fading, and each plant is a great mass of b oom all the time, making a showing which is peculiar. ISothing elsecan fill their place. Seed should be started inside or sown in the garden about corn-planting time. Childs' Improved, Mixed Colors-Saved only from select flowers, perfect in shape and color. The finest strain of Zinnias in cultivation. Everv plant will produce immense double blossoms of various colors from white to deep crimson, maroon, pink, yellow, orange, scarlet violet, primrose, buff, striped, etc. Every plajit will give fine double flowprs. Single and poor .flowers long ago disappeared from this strain jo Crested and Crinkled-All colors mixed A strain with curiously crested and crinkled petals 10 Improved Striped—A good strain representing all the leading colors, but all striped.
