These are now the most popular and most magnificent of all summer blooming plants (or brilliant bedding and massing, and are among the very llnest of all pot plants, either for summer or winter blooming. The following named sorts are the hest of the new and better known large flower- ing Dwarf varieties. We have selected these varieties alter careful tests of hundreds ot sorts, and our eustoniersean rely upon them as being the most magnilieent and desirable in everyrespect.ci imbining large ffi iwersof great brilliancy with beautiful foliage, free blooming and easy growing Qualities. Alsaise—A vigorous grower, -t feet, with large panicles of bloom. Spikes full, dense, and produced early and con- tinuously. Coronet —Semi-dwarf; bright green foliage and large trusses of pure sulphur-yellow flowers. Absolutely a pure yellow. Exceedingly fine. Alphonse Bouvier—ltich. luxuriant foliage and enormous panicles of great wide-petaled flowers, which are of the darkest and richest blood vermillion color. Paul Marquant—3% feel high, tine healthy growers, flowers very large and borne in long panicles. Color very pecu- liar, being sort of a salmon shaded red. Burbank — Magnificent yellow, spotted. Elegant foliage. Much the style ot Austria. 4 feet. Egandaie—This is a dwarf, yery compact, free-blooming dark-leaved variety. Foliage is dark maroon ; flowers bright cherry. An exceedingly free bloomer. F.F.Hunt Fine large flower and beautiful compact truss Color, pure canary yellow freely striped witli scarlet. A grand new variety, sto 4 feet. Flamingo — Half dwarf: deep blood-crimson. Large line flowers and truss: very showy. Golden Star—Yery dwarf, like Star of 1891, with arge panicles of bright golden color. 2 feet. Florence Vaughan—The queen of the fancy otted varieties. Flowers of enormous size, petals exceedingly broad and of perfect shape. sry Ian 4 feet. Very dwa rf, nense panicles. 3 to 4 feet. Tall, fine spikes, finest and bloomer. Scarlet bordered yellow; like Mad. Crozy, but much better. 3 feet. Sunray—Dwarf, yellow spotted. Best of its type, and the only first-class very dwarf spotted variety. Seldom grows over two feet in height and requires but little room. 2 feet. Maiden's Blush—Verv large, line flow- er of a lovely blush white. 3 to 4 feet, PRICE,—15c. each; any U for 50c; the 16 for $1.75. Ann s°>'t oi $1.25 per dozen, postpaid. BY EXPRESS,-Any of the above at $1 per doz.; S6 per 100. Improved Rainbow Canna. This is the most magnificent novelty among foliage plants. Each leaf is beau- tifully variegated with pink, scarlet, orange, gray, green, etc. The foliage keeps iis color all through the season; either for open ground or pots. In habit, of growth it is superb. It hardly reaches the height of 3 feet, and is com- pact, with numerous leaves, which are wide, wavy and graceful. In this respect more charming than any ot her Canna. Aside from its beauty and usefulness as a garden ornament, it is still grander in pots for the w indow or porch, and makes a specimen plant which nothing, not even Fancy Caladiums, can surpass. Fine roots, 25c. each; 5 for S1.00, Mixed Cannas. For Large Show Beds. A mixture of the) finest dwarf large flowering kinds, which will go well together, and make a most magnificent bed or border of bright colors. We can thoroughly recommend this mixture, lor we know- that it will give the greatest results. Price, by ex- press, strong roots, 60c. per dozen; $4.oo per 100.
