NeW ^njaryllis. The Amaryllis is the acknowledged Queen of all bulbs- ous flowers—and Burbauk's Giants are marvels in beauty. Burbank's Giant—This new race of Amaryllis produces a bulb of enormous size and strength which throws up broad, healthy foliage, and stout flower seanes, ench producing blossoms of truly gigantic size. The flowers are often a foot or more across, larger than the Aura turn Lily, aud with colors, which for purity and intensity are truly marvels. Their great superiority over all other Amaryllis is acknowledged. Mixed Colors—All shades. Large bulbs. 80c each: 3 for $2 00: $7-00 Der dozen. Newport—G-listening crimson. Enormous flat flower. Vel- vety sheen. Petals striped white at base. $5.00 each. Morning: Star—Light crimson, nearly one-half covered with white. Wavy petals. Flowers 7 to 8 inches across. Height 12 inches. Earliest to bloom. $3.00 each. Snow Clond—Yellowish white when first opening,turning white with age. Very slightly feathered crimson Sil- very glint like bead work in sunlight. Enormous flower over 9 inches across. Three of the petals 4 inches wide. Foliage light green. Extremely vigorous plant, $8.00 each. Wellesley—Scarlet-crimson : rainbow featherings of dark- er crimson. Small greenish-white band at base of each p^tal. Flower 7 inches across. $5,00 each. Distinction—Enormous flower of great beauty. Probably the finest of all Amaryllis. Brilliant scarlet, widely banded white. Veined and mottled. $8-00 each. Santa Rosa—Variously shaded, veined, feathered and lined-: crimson and white. Broad white band reaching to tip> of petals. Yellowish green Urge at base of the broad* regular petals. Flat flower. Broad light green foliage- 4 to 5 flowers to a stalk. Fiowers 8 to 9 inches across^ Height: 20 inches. $4.00 each. Atlantic—Fiery crimson, almost scarlet, with orange tints, lightly shaded at base of petals with greenish-w bite and. crimson. Goldstone-like glisten. Large strong heavy- stalk. Long strong light foliage. Four flowers to a stalk- Flowers7K inches across. $4-00 each. Contrast—Light crimson, lined and shaded darker crimson*, with broad bands and featherings of snowy Avhite. Broad petals; flat, wide open flower. Foliage extremely short and compact: flowers, 6 to 8 inches across. $10-00 each. Elite—Enormous white with scarlet veins. Extra fine. $5.00 each. One Enormous Bulb each of the 10for $kO 00. OTHER RARE AMARYLLIS Vittata Hybrids—Large flowers, fine colors atid profuse flowering. Many of them bloom several times a year, 40o. each : 3 for $1.00: 7 for $2-00. Johnsonii—A grand old sort, always popular. Flowers large and verv beautiful, deep red, striped white. 40c each. Psittacinum—Broad, well-opened flowers of great sub- stance. Red, with white and green stripes. $1.00 each. Solandriaeflora—Magnificent large perfect blossoms, of mnnv fine colors, variegated. 75e. each. Hovey Giant—An immense flower of white and cnmsoni variegation. One of the grandest.. *LQ0 each>
