Text Appearing After Image:
Sacred Lily, Imperial Chinese* The greatest and most popular winter-bloom-ing bulbs. Bulbs large and each one sends up fromfive to twelve spikes, which bear clusters of large, perfect, waxy-white blossoms with yellow center, and a powerful and a delicate fragrance, which isnot excelled by any flower. They grow well inpots of soil; but the most popular way of bloom-ing them is the Chinese method, as follows: Fill abowl or some similar vessel with pebbles in whichplace the bulb, setting it about one-half its depth,so that it will be held firmly; then fill in withwater to the top of the pebbles, and place in awarm sunny window. The bulb wiil at once com-mence a rapid growth and bloom in three weeks. We advise planting this variety; it will be muchbetter than the common and cheaper one. 20c.each ; 3 for 50c.; 7 for $1.00. THVo GpaPd Narcissus. For winter blooming few bulbs are so popular and solargely grown as the Paper Wince G-randiflora and DoubleSoman Narcissus. Realizing their importance
