Progettata nel 1758 da domenico Blamato da Floridia; Realizzata nel 1760 Si presenta come in foto dopo gli ultimi restauri ultimati nel 2021 La Facciata si presenta in stile barocco. Il portale d’entrata è delimitato da due splendide colonne ornate da superbe decorazioni. Ai lati del portale sono in bella mostra due nicchie che contengono le statue di Sant’Antonio Abate e della Madonna col Bambino, realizzate con lo stesso materiale utilizzato per la facciata.
