A nicely decorated place that gave it a real Japanese izakaya feel, a place where one can eat, drink and socialise with friends. The food wasn't bad, althought, with the presence of Bibimbap and Kimchi Fried Rice on the menu, I suspect that it could be a Korean-owned place. Peter's curry katsu don was ok. The pork chop wasn't too greasy and the curry had adequate spice, although CY and Shanny did complain that the pork was a little tasteless. The unagi don that I had was good, although the serve was a bit small. The eel could almost be house-made. I would have prefered it a bit more grilled to give it that smoky edge.
