Description
English: This was a class project for University of Waterloo course BIOL 403 - Advanced Topics in Developmental Biology. Embryo was soaked in Methylene Blue to stain the skeleton, then cleansed with a few ethanol washes, and finally treated with Oil of Wintergreen (Methyl Salicylate) to make the surrounding tissues transparent.
