| Description |
English: Chester's City Walls - Grosvenor Road to Bridgegate #9 The city walls turn sharp right here at the side of County Hall, and continue on this short stretch to join Castle Drive. The walk to the Bridgegate continues to the left across the front of County Hall. Across the road the River Dee is behind the wall on a much lower level. This section of the city walls, from Grosvenor Road to Castle Drive has no steps, and is, therefore, accessible with care to wheelchair users. However, it is uphill all the way to Grosvenor Road, and conversely downhill from Grosvenor Road. The next photo in this series was taken from the junction with Castle Drive.
