Chest X-ray showing reduced lung volume and fibrous bands and reticulonodular opacities post lung infection

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Chest X-ray showing reduced left lung volume and fibrous bands over left upper zone. There are also bilateral reticulonodular opacities. There is also traction of left bronchus due to the contraction of the fibrous bands. The patient also has right sided thoracic scoliosis. These are chronic lung changes post infection. Tuberculosis could be a cause of these changes.
