Le Château de Chenonceau restauré après trois ans de travaux. > 3 ans de travaux sur le logis Bohier et le bout de la galerie, rive gauche. > 4,8 millions d'euros, montant total des travaux subventionnés à 33 % par l'État, le reste étant financé par la société familiale propriétaire du domaine. > 40 % du coût est consacré à la maçonnerie, taille de pierre, 18 % à la couverture, 10% à la charpente et 7 % aux vitraux, ferronnerie et peinture. > 90.000 € le coût des filets trompe l'œil pour cacher les échafaudages. > 48 personnes en effectif moyen en permanence sur le chantier. > 35.000 heures de travail au total pour les échafaudeurs, maçons et tailleurs de pierre. > 60 tonnes d'échafaudage soit 6.000 pièces, tubes, barres et plateformes, sur28 mètres de haut, ont été posés, démontés et remontés sur la tranche suivante. Le coût de l'échafaudage représente 25 % du coût total. > 2 tonnes de pierres neuves mais aussi 40.000 ardoises, 6 tonnes de feuilles de plomb. > 2.000 m2 de charpente en chêne ont été rénovés.(La Nouvelle République du 7 mars 2012) |
