English: Stock certificate of the Tsarskoye Selo Railway Company, issued in Saint Petersburg on 31 December 1853 due to the amendment of the company's articles of association approved by the Tsar in 1852, whereby the share capital was reduced from 3.5 million roubles to 1.05 million roubles, divided into 17,500 shares of 60 roubles each. Registered share, issued to the private banking house Frères Niedlich in Berlin, founded by the Jewish banker Jtzig Niedlich from Breslau/Silesia. |
