Summary

[edit]
Description
English: This is a container used to hold a mixture of compounds in powder form. Notice the machine in the background. The powder is placed into the machine, which is used to measure the temperature which will cause the powder sample to emit gases, and identify these gases. The machine works by comparing a container of powder and an empty container to determine the weight loss of the powder sample when the gases are emitted. This is one of the steps in the process of creating a superconductor.
