GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba – Retired Navy Lt. Cmdr Charlie Swift, who helped represent Salim Ahmed Hamdan in the first war crimes trial since World War II, argues that Hamdan deserves to be sent home during a press conference, Aug. 7, 2008.
