Description

Charles Philip Oldfield Bartlett (1889–1987). He was a British flying ace of the First World War. Retired as squadron leader, 1932. Retired altogether, as civilian adjutant (no uniform), 1945.

A full attempt has been made to discover the name of the photographer and any attempt to claim copyright, via online, books, magazines, libraries, archives, collections etc. None has been found.
